  • A comprehensive neurological examination
  • A thorough review of previous records
  • Development of a treatment plan
  • Facilitation of ancillary testing if indicated
  • Appropriate referral for ancillary services

  • There is a nominal fee for the above services.

Insurance Coverage and Payment Options

The Keeler Migraine Center accepts many major insurance plans, including Medi-Cal and Medicare, and has a Financial Assistance Program. Services not covered by insurance are the patient's responsibility. Your insurance company may require you to pay a co-payment at the time of your appointment.

Also, any treatment you receive at the Keeler Migraine Center, while you're in the Ojai Valley Community Hospital, is considered an in-patient charge for insurance purposes and will be billed separately.
